Tyler Perryman, Attorney at Law

Tyler.jpgTyler has deep ties with Grady County, having grown up in Chickasha. Tyler received a bachelor of art in English from Oklahoma State University in 2007 and then taught high school English for two years.  He then attended law school at the University of Oklahoma where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Upon passing the bar exam, Tyler and his brother James opened their own law firm and practiced and very shortly afterward were approached by another law firm in Chickasha with an offer to have the Perryman brothers join the firm.  In 2018, James and Tyler opened Perryman & Perryman, LLP.

Tyler’s interest lies in Municipal and Administrative law.  Tyler understands that dealing with the government at any level can be daunting and it is his passion to make that process easier for his clients whether those clients be individuals that have business with governmental entities or whether those clients are the governmental entities themselves.  His practice includes representation of municipalities, compliance work for clients doing business with administrative agencies, and civil litigation against governmental entities.

Tyler also represents business entities in business transactions and litigation.  In addition to assisting businesses with organizational documents and required filings, he offers the service of acting as registered agent for his clients so that they can rest assured that they will be fully informed of any legal communications that they receive.  Tyler’s services in commercial law provide the opportunity for his business clients to know that all of their legal concerns are taken care of.

James Perryman, Attorney at Law

James is familiar with the community and businesses in Chickasha, Grady County, and the surrounding area of Oklahoma because he grew up there.  He received a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy with a Minor in Religion from Oklahoma State University in 2009. James then attended law school at the Oklahoma City University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2012. Upon passing the bar exam, James and his brother, Tyler, opened their own law firm, but were quickly approached and recruited by another law firm in Chickasha.  In 2018, James and Tyler opened Perryman & Perryman, LLP.

James’ practice primarily focuses in real estate law, title work, estate planning, probate and trust administration. Much of James’ time is spent examining abstracts and curing title defects. In addition to this practice, James also works closely with local abstract companies, financial institutions and loan agencies.  Further, James has a general civil litigation practice that results from the previously referenced practice areas that regularly take him into the court room.

James finds joy and satisfaction in resolving conflicts for his clients and assisting in smooth transitions in complicated transactions, such as real estate sales, title work, estate administration and trust administration.
